Who we are

Cannoli, Please. is a small, planned cannoli brand based in Bacong, Negros Oriental, Philippines. We are not yet selling. This notice explains how we handle the information you give us through our interest list, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

• Your name and email address
• Your municipality, if you choose to share it
• Whether you are interested in treats for yourself, gifts, or both, if you choose to share it
• The date and time you joined, and a record that you gave consent

We do not ask for your street address, phone number or payment details on this site.

Why we collect it

Only to email you about our releases, such as the first preorder date, collection details and pricing, and to understand roughly where interest is coming from so we can choose a convenient collection point. We will not sell, rent or share your details for anyone else's marketing.

Where it is kept

Your details are stored in private storage run by our website host, Vercel, and are accessible only to the owners of Cannoli, Please. If we use an email service to send release notes, your name and email will be shared with that service only for sending those emails.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we decide not to go ahead with the brand, in which case we will delete the list.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe. You may also raise a concern with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
